My query is as follows:

I have a PAN issued at a UP address and my income tax ward is in Bulandshahr (U.P.).

From past 4 years I am residing in different locations of Delhi but my permanent and communication address in I.T. department records is that of U.P.

For six months I had worked in Kolkata and I'll receive Form 16 for Kolkata address. Now I am working in Gurgaon and will receive Form 16 for Gurgaon.

Now My query is that if I don't want to file my tax return online, where can I submit hard copy of my ITR (UP, Delhi, Gurgaon or Kolkata)?

Further If I want to submit my return in Delhi, DO I need to change my address given to I. Tax department. Please clarify in detail.

19 February 2010 You can file the return at your home address or your employer address or your address at that city.

The address you mention in your return is used by the IT department for communication with you.
