Filing of revised e-form 2

For filing revised e-form 2 do we have to wait till the e-form 61 (in which we make request to cancel the previous e-form 2) is approved? Please let me know. Urgent

28 October 2011 Please note that there is no provision of revised filing of e-forms in MCA 21. Once the form has been filed there are only two ways to amend it, that too only if the ROC marks the form for User clarification, either by resubmission or by form 67. The request to cancell the form filed earlier may or not be appoved. But the person signed the form (the professional) may have to bear the prosecution/disciplinary action as per the latest circular by the MCA.
in nut shell, all the forms filed will be taken on record if there are no factual descrepency on the face of the record. This is applicable to first filing as well as the revised filing
