Can we file revised Sales Tax return before filing of Annexure J1 & Annexure J2 reply is urgent as there are various changes in my Sales & Purchase Summary.

Yes, you can revise your vat return U/s 20(4)(a). Under this section assessee can revise his return before filing of Annexure J1 & J2.
