12 June 2010 can we file the latest service tax returns if eventhough the previos returns are not filed.

ex. mr. x has not filed serv tax returns for 08-09 as tbe boa were seized by tax authorities so in this case can he file the current year service tax returns.

urgently waiting for reply.
