Dear Sir if over turn over is 5lacs we collected service tax can we file nil returns or we want to show 5lacs kindly tell me.

Since your were not legally required to collect service tax and therefore, amount collected by you can either be returned to customer or it has to be deposited in Government account Because you cannot hold service tax amount which was not applicable.....
