26 August 2015 What is the time limit for filing original service Tax return . If an assessee has not
filed service Tax return for financial year 2014-15. How to file it online for April to sep14 and October to March 2015.

27 August 2015 It is days from end of half year. If tax return for FY 2014-15 are not filed they can still be filed online which will display delay in filing in terms of no of days.

To avoid any legal action late fee of return filing should be paid first.
