It depend on the agenda for which you pass the resolution.
For example you increase your authorised capital by passing O.R. u/s 94. now u have to file this O.R. through form-5.
Another example == You re-appoint your statutory auditor at the AGM by passing O.R. then there is no need to file this O.R. with ROC through any form.
So filing of O.R. depends on the agenda.
