Filing of itr for a.y 2010-11

19 December 2012 Respected Experts and Friends..
I have filed return for A.Y 2011-12 & 2012-13 but due some reason I Could not filed return for A.Y 2010-11 having some refund amount. Above 2 return have filed as e-filing .

For A.Y 2010-11 under sec 139(4) is not possible .

Please guide me any other way to file retuen for A.Y 2010-11

There is no way in front of you... as the period of filing return for A.Y 2010-11 has expired and you have filed your return for the next two A.Y..for the claiming of TDS/ Tcs it is necessary to file Return of Income or else you have to forgo the amount deducted from your income..there is no other remedy.

19 December 2012 Yes, there is no other way to file and claim tds/tcs now. But you have only one way but it is not in your hands the way is if you get any notice u/s 142 for such A.Y. then only possible to file and claim TDS. But now there is no chances to get such notification because of such notification issuing time also elapsed. So no other way you have to leave such TDS amount.
