Filing of itr before filing 3cd

As we all know, the IT Department extended the due date for filing 3cd. But while preparing ITR, The form is asking for the date of furnishing of audit report. So, How can we take benefit of this date extension ?

department has extended the date for filing the tax audit report, that doesn't mean you cannot file the report now!!
With regards to how to take benefit, about 3 petitions have been filed in various high courts and ICAI to has appealed to CBDT for extension of due date for filing tax returns too

Ganesh Bhai...I have just stated that the due date for audit has been extended. the due date for return remains same pending the disposal of appeals in various courts.

As expected date of filing of Income Tax Return for Tax Audit cases extended till 30.11.2014. See CBDT notification dated 26.09.2014 from below link--
