Employee Permanent Residant in pune

Just e file the return & send the ITR V to CPC Bangalore.
Also while e filing the return at www.incometaindiaefiling.gov.in, you can have idea of your income jurisdiction after login.
Your assessing officer wont be changed as frequently as you are thinking.
Also filing of ITR for assessment year 2008-09 may draw penalty u/s271B
