I just want to know what should i do incase if i want to file income tax return for asst year 2010-11 having TDS of rs 14000.

30 August 2013 Time limit is barred for filling return for the assessment year 2010-11. now cannot file unless getting notice from department

30 August 2013 The time limit for A.y 2010-11 filing is upto 31-3-2013. With out filing of Income tax return you can't claim TDS refund.

So now you didn't file or claim TDS refund for such assessment year.

In case of if you received any notice u/s 142(1) then in such case only you can file return of income and claim TDS refund for such assessment year otherwise not possible and you have to forget about your refund amount.
