I filed GSTR3b and paid the taxes due. But when I tried to file GSTR1 for May 2018 I get the message
Error- you cannot submit this return for this period
The las date for filing the same is mentioned as 10th June 2018
Kindly guide me

I think You are wrongly select May month instead of April...!!
or
If You are correctly select want file May month return on yesterday then no way for filing without closing of the month. You can file Today onwards for May return...

Kindly wait for a day or two. The error will get resolved automatically. I have faced the similar issue earlier.

From May 2018 on wards assesee need to file the GSTR-1 return first and then GSTR-3B date will arise . . .
