Can a Director authorize some other person to file Form DIR 11 on his behalf through an authority letter or an power of attorney, as he is not having his own Digital signature?

A resigning director has to file Form DIR.11 under his Digital Signature. It is mandatory for all directors to have Digital Signature under Companies Act-2013.
