please guide me whether i can file belated INV5 form for unclaimed and unpaid dividend? which should be filed within 90 days of AGM

06 May 2015 yes it is possible to file form 5 INV .... this form is not chargeable form.

14 May 2015 Thanks, and one more doubt i am having, should we intimate the amounts which the company could not pay within 30 days of AGM towards dividend ??

15 May 2015 yes you can intimate but it is advisable to clear all amount which is likely to fall in IEPF category

13 July 2015 In last year I had filed E-Form ADT-1 (Appointment of Auditor) for the period of 5 years, so for this year is it needed to file again ADT-1 to ROC regarding auditors appointment.

so its required to give notice for passing ordinary resolution in AGM????????????????
