13 August 2015 How the various cases file with I.Tax.Who can file it. What is the procedure. Why the cases file in tribunal. What is the exact channel of fighting the case with I.T.What is duration of any appeal or arbitration filing. How much time it will continue.What are the types of cases filed under appeals, tribunals, arbitration etc. What are nature of cases generally fought under this. Can you explain the step by step procedure as how the various cases go to either appeals, tribunals, arbitration etc. Who can have the rights for it. Where we have to file the cases and how.

13 August 2015 Appeal : As the word indicates, it is an appeal made by the aggrieved party.

It is filed with the next authority in the hierarchy of jurisdiction within prescribed time (Normally 60 days)

Assessing officer, CIT (Appeals), Tribunal, High Court, Supreme Court is the hierarchy channel.

The time taken ranges from 6 months to even 15 years.
