11 December 2010 Dear All,

We have incorporated a pvt. ltd. company on 28th Jan. 2010.
Please tell me what will be date of filing annual return of such company.

13 December 2010 As per Section 159(1) Annual Return of a company should be filed within 60 days from the date on which AGM was held.

Since your company was incoporated on 28th Jan 2010 you have the option of holding your first AGM within 18 months as per Section 166(1) i.e. on or before 28th July 2011. If the meeting is held in July 2011 it shall hold good for both the years 2009-10 and 2010-11 and the annual report shall be filed within 2 months of AGM.
