Dear Experts,
Very urgent issue,
A newly started private limited company accounts has been finalized. For Income Tax Act purpose we will be filing it before 30th September 2010. For the purpose of Companies Act, pls. tell me what is the time limit for filing the annual report.
Also tell me what are the forms that has to be uploaded in mca portal.

Annual return in e-form 20B with in 60 days from AGM date.
Balance sheet in e-form 23 AC with in 30 days from AGM date.
Profit and loss account with in 30 days from AGM date to be filed in e-form 23ACA.
Belated filing is permitted with additional fee as prescribed in section 611(2) of the Companies Act,1956.
