Can a society which has been registered under Income Tax Act in January apply for the 12A or 80G registration?

Yes, they can apply initially provisional registration will be granted

Once we go for filing of Form 10A of the said society, they are asking for 3 year financial details which is not possible for the newly registered society. So I hereby request you to guide us regarding the filing of the said form..

There is no column on the portal while filing the form 10A saying them about the new firm, so i request you how to do so.

The date of registration of the society given in form will be considered as new one and no need to file 3 years financial.
