25 February 2016 As ADT-1 is for intimation by co. to ROC that we have appointed/re appointment of auditor...However, my query is whether co. is required to file ADT-1 when co. is doing ratification of auditor ??

Case is pvt. ltd Co. appointed auditor for 5 years from 01-04-2015 to 31-03-2016 in september 2015 & filed ADT-1....while doing ratification of auditor in 2nd year i.e AGM held in September-2016 ...Whether again ADT-1 in the year 2016 is required to be filed or not ???
