26 October 2016 Kindly suggest me with the due dates of payment and filing the Service Tax return .Also kindly help me with the site/platform for the purpose of filing.Thanks

27 October 2016 The due date for payment of service tax in 5th of next month(6th in case of e-filing), upto 8 PM. The due date for filing of return is 25th of April & 25th of October for 1st half and 2nd half respectively.

1st half:- 1st april to 30th Sept.
2nd half:- 1st oct. to 31st mar.
