Files itr-1 for wrong assessment year (2013-2014)

Dear Experts,
I filed the IT returns for Apr13-Mar14 and mentioned the wrong assessment year i.e. 2013-2014. I tried the rectification but didn't get an option to change the assessment year. From one of the forums I understood that I can file a new IT return with correct assessment year, which I did and has been accepted but for the wrong assessment form, I updated the returns to Zero as I had no income from Apr2012 - Mar2013. Received a notification mentioning case has been transferred from CPC to Jurisdictional Assessing Officer - KAR/W/312/1.
Could you please help me understand what should be my next steps? Thanks for your help!

Contact your jurisdictional assessing officer and explanation your problem with him,he will advice the needful.
We cannot delete a return already filed,atleast you should have revised so that YOUR totalincome not exceeding basic exemption.
However in your case you need to meet AO, he will help you
