03 March 2013 Hi experts,
1 of my friend file income tax return till financial year 2008-09 then he went to dubai as he got job dere den he came bak in dec-11 after dat he got job in india in jan-12.
Now he want to file income tax return from f.y. 2009 to 2012.
So, can he filed d return for dat period??
If yes, dhn wht was d procedure to file d same??

He is required to file the Return of AY 2012-13 in respect of Income earned in India.
.
If he is very much desirous of filing return , for AY 2011-12, he can file as an NRI- showing his taxable Indian Income.
