18 October 2011 Hi All,

I want to can the parent company transfer funds directly to the vendors in India either for purchase of assets,other expenses,rental deposit etc for assets to be used in India, rental deposit for Indian Company.

Or is it mandatory that funds are transferred to the Indian Companies account and then we inturn pay the vendors.

Also, in the FIRC, under the purpose of remittance can we say that it is "Advance against Invoice" or "what should be mentioned for rental deposit"
