Dear All, Plz provide the solutions of the following queries:-
i) If an individual providing Website Promotion & SEO services outside India, does he need to take IEC no.
ii) Also, is he required to register anywhere else to provide services outside India?
iii) He is receiving his payments through pay-pal. So how would FEMA provisions will apply to him?

1. Not very sure, but seems no registration is required for the same.
2.No, service tax issue may need to be checked if receipt crosses 10 lakh.
3.No issues, now the paypal limit has also been increased.

3000$ per remmitance.Indian persons using Paypal accounts to receive funds would need to add their PAN (Permanent Account Number) and bank account details to comply with the RBI guidelines.
