31 March 2011 Seems there is no such facility. However RBI Master circular dated 1/7/2010 will help to solve FEMA issues which can be viewed in http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/BS_ViewMasCirculardetails.aspx?id=5788. Also RBI's regional offices have an FDI wing to which public have access which can be utilized to a certain extent regarding the referred matter.
