what will be the fees, If the Authorised Capital is Rs:5lakhs ,for a newly registered private limited company. And the paid up capital is Rs: 1 lakhs. according to MCA21.

At the time of Incorporation: It will be;
(1) Memorandum Rs. 16000
(2) Articles Rs. 300
Total will be Rs.16300/- in additional to stamp duty.
