for any appeal to ITAT, what is the process of payment of the concerned fees.Whether through online net banking payment is possiable.

25 December 2009 You need to talk to your bank. It may have the facility of net banking. They will be able to advice you better about this facility.

26 December 2009 The Appeal fee is Rs. 500, 1500 or Rs. 10000 based on income. The process of payment is through internet payment. As you pay the advance tax. The same procedure shall be for payment of ITAT fee or CIT (A) fee. You have to contact your banker if not used transactions through internet banking earlier.
