21 February 2008 Payment made as tuition fees to any univercity,college or school or other educational institution situated in India for the purpose of full time education in respect of any two children of the assessee
those institution which are apprved by the govt are included in this sec. in my opinion the above institution is not
approved.

21 February 2008 Actually there are very few course institutions which are approved for claiming deduction u/s 80c and if the reffered institute is approved than tuition fee can be claimed u/s 80c
