can any body suggest me that what kind of valuation of Shares to be follwed in filing FC GPR in the case of Unlisted closely held company which is under Developement stage.No Imediate Cash Flows near future.Plerase suggest me how to arrive Share Price Under DFCF Method.

For that lot of factors need to be seen and the ultimate case needs to analyzed in depth.
