- Is FBT applicable on Sodexho allowance ( not sodexho coupons).
- If yes, then is there any limit for sodexho allowance, to be given to employees monthly?

Sodexho Pass is the name of the Food coupon company. They provide the Food passes, which is given as a part of CTC (Food Allowance) for employee. There is tax benefit on this for both company and the employee.
For employee - till last year tax benefit is max. of 15K per year was allowed. Now the upper limit has been removed.
for Company - Till last year there was FBT, but now FBT has been removed, so it is up to the Finance department to think how much to give. It can be used in Hotels, shopping maals etc for purchase of Food and food items.
