can anybody tell me if any firm which is not liable for makking books of account, fill the retun , then is the firm liable for fringe benefit tax or not. plz reply

The firm,if have employees, was liable to pay FBT irrespective of it's requiremt of maintaining books of accounts or having no taxable income till 31.03.2009
