during the audit for f/y 08-09 i found that:-
a company is paying for club fee/golf course fee for the director, but the membership in the name of director whether it is liable for fbt or it is included in director's salary

A company has a sperate idenity as per its defination so this is not under bracket of FBT but if u r oing of current year audit FBT got abloished kkkkk
