Whether FBT is applicable for expenditure incurred for staff uniform?

let me go beyond what Mr. Chandresh said, if you are concerned about FY 2008-09 then expenditure incurred on Uniform comes under the purview of FBT.But remember there's an exception to it and that is if uniform is meant for all employees, like it contains logo of the company or particular colour...then it is exempted.
