Fast track closure of a company-If i close my company in this method i need to audit in this year? What is the Form prescribed for this and what is the procedure to do this please explain

you can refer section 248 of Companies Act, 2013 as fast track exit ,2011 is old procedure now. you have to file form STK for striking off the name of the company.
