Dear Mr.Ram,
You can stuff the container either in your premises or supplier premises with proper factory stuffing permission from the clearance port and under intimation to Excise.
Best option, follow Self Removal Procedure (SRP) & submit ARE-1 copies & Invoice to Excise within 24 hrs.

I have already submit a bond for ct-1. what is the procedure of security bond.

after submitting the Bond the concerned officer accept the bond you can liable the export.

You mean to say this bond is for factory stuffing and for issuance of ct-1 bond is seprate. Pl advice.

Dear Mr. Ram,
Factory Stuffing permission is issued by the concern port Authority & not by Excise.
The Bond is required to execute for issuing CT-1 for Duty Free Despatches.
