22 July 2012 Can the buyer under F form sales fix the selling price of the product? Can he fix the price more or less than the purchase price? Is there any otjer formalities for the seller other than reversong the input vat.

22 July 2012 F form is meant for stock transfer and not for sales. Do you mean 'C' Form?

After buying the products interstate, the seller has the option to fix his own price.

For stock transfer input tax credit has to be reversed according to your STATE Vat rate.
