GOOD EVENING SIR,
I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER AN AUDITOR CAN DIRECTLY SEEK THE EXTERNAL CONFIRMATION FROM THIRD PARTY OR HE WILL HAVE TO REQUEST THE CLINT TO CALL FOR THE EXTERNAL CONFIRMATION DIRECTLY TO BE SENT TO AUDITOR.

Yes the auditor can directly call for the external confirmation from any party but the party may require a letter authorizing you to collect eh information.
