dear sir/medam
sir MAi ek aritcal hu meri articalship 30/09/2014 ko khatm ho rahi hai par mere sir ka kehna hai ki wo meri artical ship 1 year exten karenge sir kya koi ca jayada holiday dala kar artical ship 1year tak extend kar sakta hai
or yadi meri artical extend hoti hai to kya mai apni extend wali artical ship kisi aur ca ke pass kar sakta hu bina purne principal ki parmission ke
or kya icai mere 1year extend ko manya kregi sir pleas help me

1. aapne kitni leave li hain. 156 leaves tak koi extension nahi hoti.
2. agar aapka current principal aapne jitni leave li hain usse jyada leave dikhane ki koshish kar raha hai, toh aap form 108 sign na karein. iske badle aap Form 119 ICAI ko submit karke uski ek copy apne principal ko bhej dein. Form 119 mein aap apni actual leave ka zikar karein.
3. yeh aapki marzi hogi ki aap extension kahan serve karte hain... aapka current principal aapko force nahi kar sakta.
4. Form 108/119 submit hone ke baad aap apne principal ke saath form 107 sign na karke, kisi aur CA ke saath Form 102/103 sign karke ICAI ko submit karayein
