Extension of date for filing tax audit report

Dear all,
Kindly advise whether we can file the IT return for A.Y. 2014-15 of company assessee without filing tax audit report, as the date for filing tax audit report U/s 44AB has been extended to 30.11.2014 where as no notification is given about IT return filing date.
