Extension of articleship

20 October 2015 I had completed my articleship and received letter from institute stating that i have extension of 5 days. Now i want to do this extended articleship under different principle. But the problem is my new principle don't know the procedure for registering me as a article. What i know is that i have to submit form 102 and 103. The only thing i want to confirm is after completion of extended articleship, i have to fill 108 again or not??

20 October 2015 yes obviously you have to fil the completion form and forward the same to institute...

20 October 2015 And am i right about form 102 and form 103...?? If i have to do my articleship under different principle i have to fill form 102 and form 103 na??

20 October 2015 ya to join articleship two forms are filled as off now if no more changes are there from inst.. stil u can wait for more expert views or visit icai site

20 October 2015 Thanks for helping sir. You know i have already contacted ICAI about this query. But institute as usual never communicate in normal language. This is what institute conveyed to me - �Excess leave period has to be served by submitting form 107 within 60 days from date of commencement of articles,if it is continued service and Form 103,in duplicate ,within 30 days from the date of commencement of articles,if there is a break in service. Now what i understood from above statement that i have to submit Form 107 and Form 103 in duplicate. Please help me this is so confusing.
