Extension in articleship

30 December 2009 I am a C.A. Final student. My articleship had been completed as on 09/09/09. I had take total leaves of 240 days during articleship.Moreover I had sent a Certificate of Service at the time of my first attampt i.e. Nov. 08 that MY ARTICLESHIP WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE 31ST OCTOBER 09 WITH EXCESS LEAVE. But if i consider my extesion period as per insitute guidelines then my articleship is not completed before 31st oct 09.Till date I have not sumitted any forms like 108 or 107.Please Advise me.
