dear sir,
our company will do export under rebate if we get any approval from central excise and we have lot of input credit from CG, in this export against duty amt we can adjust in this input and claim rebate.,, kindly advice us.,

DEBIT DUTY CENVAT ACCOUNT AFTER RECEIVED OF SHIFMENT PROOF,FILE REBAT CLAIM TO CENTRAL EXCISE.NO PERMISSION IS REQIRED FOR UTLISED CENVAT CREDIT FOR EXPORT.

ARE-1 APPLICATION WILL SIGN BY EXCISE DEPT. IN BOTH CASES LUT OR REBAT CLAIM.

without signing of excise dept we didn't sent export ????
