Dear Sir,
I want to export under DEPB scheme, shall i do the same factory stuffing under self sealing for DEPB Scheme??
could you send me circular No.53/2007 regarding Factory stuffing under DEBP scheme?
Please help me ASAP.

In the beginning please note that the detailed guidelines for factory stuffing have been laid down in the CBEC Circular No. 426/59/98-CX dated 12.10.1998. Later this circular has been amended time to time for examination norms or one time permission etc.
Secondly to export under DEPB scheme, please pass the suitable instruction to your CHA for filing shipping bill under DEPB scheme as such the Customs during the course of examination shall take care of DEPB benefit admissibility on the export goods.
In last let me know the detail of circular pertaining to Excise or Customs, DGFT. As by number 53/2007 is not sufficed.
