Can we hold the material if i got full payment against Proforma invoice?

How many days can we hold the material in our premises / factory.

26 November 2015 Payment & Dispatch is related on Purchase order term. If 100% payment is received in advance but material is on hold or waiting for customer approval then there is no problem for hold this material till approval or confirmation of dispatch.
If you issued invoice & ARE-1 then you have to clear within 24 Hrs from place of removal, once cleared material have export option till next 6 months.
