18 February 2014 I just wanted to know, the procedure regarding Export to Bhutan.
whether Excise duty is payable?
Shall we Export under Rebate ?

18 February 2014 Depends upon what kind of goods you want to export as excise is not applicable on every product

We are a manufacturer of excisable goods having domestic & Export also.
now we want to export these goods to Bhutan

20 February 2014 Export to bhutan are allowed under bond without payment of duty if payment is to be received in convertible foreign exchange or export of specified capital gods exported to bhutan against global tender issued by government of bhutan or export against some specified projects. The procedure and conditions are given in notification no. 45/2001-CE(NT) dated 26.6.2001.
