05 February 2019 Can a dealer raise export invoice without charging IGST and without LUT, because it have not taken and input tax credit in relation to related export of service hence no question of claiming of refund

06 February 2019 Raise invoice with igst pay it and claim refund of this igst paid. Don't claim it from the importer. Furnish LUT export without igst payment.
