If an Indian co enters into a contract with another Indian co for rendering of technical service in Indonesia whether service tax is leviable if the Indian co raises their invoice 1. Indian currency 2 in foreign currency

If the services are rendered in Indonesia service tax is not leviable, irrespective of currency in which invoice is raised.
