31 May 2017 Dear Experts, Can any one tell me what will be the consequences if export invoice submitted to custom lower than actual invoice send to customer. First there is mismatch in sales value but we don't pay the duty on export & remittance directly debited to bank account so please explain me what is the implication of above issue.

31 May 2017 Occasionally, you may have a customer who requests that you ignore export compliance regulations and alter the invoice value to allow them to save money on import duties.
No matter what the value adjustment is, don’t be customer friendly in this case and comply. At best, your compliance can cost you and your company your reputation. At worst, your adjustment can lead to fines and penalties.

31 May 2017 Under Customs law penalty will be levied for suppression of facts.
