1) is it necessary to get the ARE-1 form signed form range supdt. even when goods are not sealed & inspected at facory.
They are sealed & inspected at port of export only.
2)Is it necessay to file copies of ARE-1 in advance range supdt., even when goods are not sealed & inspected by them at factory
3) is it necessary to file ARE-1 even if goods exported under rebate claim

if under DEPB/licence then you have to submit in advance
ARE1 is must for exports either in bond or in rebate claim
