Please advice whether VAT / CST/ TIN or any other registraiton is required to start a new export company in to trading (marchant exporter)

18 February 2012 it will best for you if get registered in vat , if u purchased goods from other state c form alternate (2%) charges can avail but if u have not vat regn no in this case u can paid charges as per notified by that state government.
